A: Absolutely not. We don't use AI for editing or selecting your photos, and we never will. Your precious memories are far too important to be left at the mercy of an algorithm. AI wasn't there on your wedding day--it didn't feel the electricity in the room during your first look, it didn't hear the tremor in your voice as you said your vows, and it certainly doesn't understand what makes a moment beautiful or meaningful. Only a human heart that was present, that witnessed the joy and the tears, can truly recognize which fraction of a second deserves to be preserved forever. Every image we deliver is chosen by hand, edited by hand, and cared for with the kind of intention that machines simply cannot replicate. Your story deserves human eyes, human intuition, and human artistry.

A: Honestly? Most of our couples say exactly the same thing before the wedding--and then completely forget we're there on the day. That's kind of the whole point of how we work. We're not directing a photoshoot; we're documenting real life as it unfolds. We blend into your day like another guest (just with better cameras and a sixth sense for beautiful moments). Within the first hour, you'll stop noticing us entirely. You'll be too busy laughing with your best friend, sneaking a look at your partner, or trying not to cry during the speeches. We capture those real, unguarded moments--the ones where you're just being yourselves. And those? Those are always the most beautiful photographs anyway. So please don't worry. We've got you.

A: Absolutely--and we'd love that. We always have a Zoom call before you book, so you can ask us anything, tell us about your plans, and make sure we're the right fit (chemistry matters!). Then closer to the wedding, we'll have another call to go through all the details, timings, and any final questions. And if you'd really like to get comfortable in front of our cameras beforehand, a pre-wedding shoot is a wonderful way to do that--plus you get some gorgeous photos to use for save-the-dates or just to have. It's entirely up to you.

A: It's genuinely one of our favourite things to do. We've captured love stories in French châteaux, Italian vineyards, Croatian coastlines, and everywhere beautiful in between. Our European Wanderings collection covers most European destinations--if you're dreaming of somewhere further afield, we'd love to hear about it.

A: Yes. Every collection covers the whole day, from morning preparations to the dance floor. We don't sell hours, we tell the full story, so you never have to choose which moments get photographed.

A: Yes, that's exactly how we work. As one team covering both photo and film, nothing gets repeated or staged twice, and where venues allow we fly a drone for cinematic aerial footage of your venue and surroundings.

A: We do. Our heirloom albums start from £800, handcrafted and designed with you after the wedding. Parent albums and smaller mini albums are also available, and they're a lovely way to thank family.

For couples who also want film, The Complete Story is £5,000 and includes everything in the Signature Collection plus a 6-10 minute cinematic highlights film, a 60-second social edit, and dual perspective coverage.
